ABSTRACT

This study investigates the role of entrepreneurial passion, self-skill


awareness, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention.
This study uses a quantitative method with a purposive sampling approach.
The sample used in this study is the Surabaya community which does not yet
have a business. The results showed that entrepreneurial passion had a
significant positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy, self-skill
awareness had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy,
and entrepreneurial self-efficacy had an influence on entrepreneurial
intention.
