WEEK 2

This is the last week of our On-the-Job Training with Radian Electrical Services and
Supply. This started on the 18th of July and ended on the 22nd day. The 5 of the trainees namely
Neil Gaveria, Paulo Dorado, Jefry Orpiada, John Christopher Alipon and Kenneth Israel Morilla
were assigned in Ridgeview on the supervision of Romeo Barajas and Gremar Tario. Paulo
Dorado and John Christopher Alipon worked on re-checking the made “as built” plan looking for
errors or things that were overlooked on the 3 floors of the building. Neil Gaveria, Jefry Orpiada
and Kenneth Israel Morilla were working on the smart switch with Romeo Barajas and Gremar
Tario. The said trainees were tasked with installing and configuring it with the lights on the
building and were later joined by Paulo Dorado and John Christopher Alipon. Eric Alvarado and
Meg Ryan Laguilles were assigned at the other project that the company was working on which
was located at Rawis, Legazpi, Albay. They both worked on a “has built” plan of the finished first
floor and the schedule of loads

On the second day, July 19, 2022 some trainees were still deployed at Rawis which
were Meg Ryan Laguilles, Kenneth Israel Morilla and Jefry Orpiada. They were tasked to work
on the “as built” plan and tried to check if there were errors made on the previous electrical plan
made on the measurements. Neil Gaveria, Paulo Dorado and John Christopher Alipon were
assigned at the site in Ridgeview. They were tasked to work on three lights which were found in
the kitchen. The said trainees were supervised by Romeo Barajas and Gremar Tario.

The third day was on July 20,2022 and two of the trainees were assigned at Rawis
namely Meg Ryan Laguilles and Kenneth Israel Morilla. They worked on the “as built plan” of
the building. They were supervised by Christian Medallion and Mark Anthony Bongos. Neil
Gaveria, Paulo Dorado, Jefry Orpiada, Eric Alvarado and John Christopher Alipon were
assigned at Ridgeview. Paulo Dorado and Eric Alvarado were tasked with working on the motor
and checking if there was a mistake in the wirings under the supervision of Sir Jay Lope. John
Christopher Alipon and Jefry Orpiada were under Gremar Tario and Romeo Barajas and they
worked on the lamps that were located at the front gate of the building.

Fourth day which was on July 21, 2022, the trainees were assigned to their previous
deployment which were Rawis and at Ridgeview. Meg Ryan Laguilles and Kenneth Israel
Morilla worked on the schedule of loads of the building at Rawis. Meanwhile, Neil Gaveria,
Paulo Dorado, Jefry Orpiada, Eric Alvarado and John Christopher Alipon were assigned at
Ridgeview. Paulo Dorado and Eric Alvarado were first assigned at the motor control which was
supervised by Sir Jay Lope. They checked if the wirings of the motor were on the right places
since there was a misunderstanding between the plumbing team which caused the checks. Neil
Gaveria, Jefry Orpiada and John Christopher were tasked by Engr. Francis Diaz to work on the
sensor which was found at bottom of the staircase. Neil and Jefry configured and installed the
sensor while John assisted when it was time for the testing. After these, the trainees were
tasked at installing lights on the terraces of the second floor and took turns in installing. All of
this was done under the supervision of Romeo Barajas and Gremar Tario

The fifth and last day of the On-the-Job Training, which was held on the 22nd day of July
2022. All of the trainees were assigned in Ridgeview to do some final checks on the work they
have done. Neil Gaveria and Paulo Dorado checked if there were things they missed and were
assisted by John Christopher Alipon, Eric Alvarado and Jefry Orpiada. Meg Ryan Laguilles and
Kenneth Israel Morilla were also checked on the “as built” plan and schedule of loads they made
at Rawis and did some last-minute checking in Ridgeview.
