TRANSFER OF POWERS
SAO TOME AND PRINCIPE – PORTUGAL

The Government of Sao Tome and Principe has informed me that the Delegation of Portugal is
fully empowered to represent Sao Tome and Principe from 26 September until the end of the
Conference, and to vote and to sign the Final Acts of the Conference on its behalf.
The instrument for the transfer of powers has been deposited with the Secretariat of the
Credentials Committee.
