Note: No images of covid and masks, please.
OPEN TO ALL - no age limit.
No Registration Fee; Pre-registration is not required.

Categories Size Options Winning Prize

A. Painting - Representational - 3x3 feet or bigger P 50,000.00

Medium & Style for all 3 categories: OPEN style, any media - mixed media entries are allowed
*All paintings must be ready to hang: Works on canvas must be gallery-wrapped (1.5+ inches thick) or framed.
Watercolor works must be on acid-free paper and glass-framed.
**In addition to the winning entries, the following are the prizes for
Special Awards:
Governor's Choice: PhP 40,000.00 (only 1 from any of the 3 categories)
Vice Governor’s Choice: P25,000 (only 1 from any of the 3 categories)
10 Juror’s Choices: P 25,000.00
● All winners will also receive a trophy and certificate from the Provincial Government of Tarlac
● All winning entries will be the property of the Provincial Government of Tarlac
● All winning entries shall be part of a special exhibit at the Diwa ng Tarlac

Participating artists may submit a maximum of one (1) entry per category; or a maximum of three (3) entries if
submitting for all three categories.

Submission Guidelines:
All entries must be physically submitted to the Diwa ng Tarlac, Tarlac.
Personal delivery and courier services are accepted.
Office Hours: Mondays-Fridays, 10am-3pm. Saturdays, 10am-12noon
Deadline: On or before Feb. 1, 2023
