I enrolled on your course advanced excel course at the university in early September and
attended classes for a few sessions.

Everything was going well until they changed the course schedule for reasons of the teacher,
but in fact majority of students, they changed the SCHEDULE to take the course in the
afternoon.

Which I tried to adapt to the new schedule, but it was very complicated for me, because one
hour crossed me with the university courses, despite the fact at the beginning the lessons
usually start with a basic concept, but as the course progressed the difficulty also increased,

The new schedule was detrimental to me, it crossed me with the university courses that I was
taking in the afternoon and I thought I could take the course but the difficulty was increasing,
so I decided to write this email and request a refund for the course that I paid at the university.

Although I appreciate the importance of the course but the schedule is not favorable for me,
so I'll take the course later, I hope you understand the situation in which I find myself.
