Data Collection Method

Communication:
we use Communication process. Here we use communication for data collection. The whole process
of data collection was done by providing a survey questionnaire among the demographic segment.
All of the participants in this survey were from different range of people like service holders, students,
housewives, and businessman. Here we faced some problems like some consumers were not showing
interest to participate. Hence in this important part of research we faced some problem. We had little
or no control over on how the samples would respond to the survey questionnaire because it consisted
almost huge.
Time Dimension
Cross-Sectional: As we are conducting the survey in a particular time period and do not intend to
continue the periodical research on this topic, so we have chosen cross-sectional method as our time
dimension.
Topical Scope
Perceptual Awareness: In this research participants were aware of our presence. Before conducting
survey, we explained the purpose of our research. All of the participants were given a clear instruction
as to how to fill in the survey.
Sampling
Size: The sample size of our survey is 30. Our survey included both male and female. The
questionnaire was mostly filled by businessmen and job holder in different places like Uttara,
Bashundhara Residential Area, Mirpur, Jatrabari and Dhanmondi.
Procedure: The procedure for selecting the sample is a sampling of convenience that falls within the
non-probabilistic sampling category. The reason for choosing this procedure is that it was easy to do
the survey. This is why because we picked from different range of people such. It was convenient for
us to select these people and do the survey as it was easy to get. We conducted our survey by
providing questionnaire which was provided online to the samples.
Scale and variables:
We also collect specific demographic data. Then, we had compiled our survey data for proper
investigation. To collect primary research data, we conduct surveys because it is the most commonly
used instrument, as it is flexible and relatively inexpensive, and for secondary data, we have compiled
our information through electronic journals (e-journal), related articles and books. Our scales for each
variable were same. There are five-point Likert

Data Collection
We collected our data in a very cost effective and systematic way. Below we will describe how the
data was collected:
Primary data: For primary data, we did a survey in which we provided questionnaire to the samples
who are using airline for traveling.
In our research, we have used the Questionnaire format. First we have developed a questionnaires and
after got the approval then we conduct our survey.
Secondary data: For the research, we collected the variable scale from the journal articles we selected.
We also took some information from the internet and from the book assigned in the course.
