Considering the challenges that our country face today, what sector

of our government do you

think needs more priority fund allocation for research and development? Why?

With a growing populations, improvement in agriculture is a must to enable to meet those

demands. A decrease in local agricultural productions means an increase in procurement of
agricultural product from abroad. Augmenting the agricultural needs from foreign sources
needs money and depending how much we needs will deplete our source of income.
Agriculture is the base of a strong society, having a surplus of agricultural products will
make the Philippines more progressive and stable, having to depends mostly on imports
makes the country poorer.

Agricultural sector needs more priority fund allocation

Major problems plague Philippines is agriculture, which needs more priority fund allocation to
raise farm productivity and increase farmers’ income. The issues that people experiences are
growing global demand, climate change, the trade and invest and also high fertilizer prices.
With is, perhaps more public spending is needed on infrastructure like irrigation systems, farm-
to-market roads and post-harvest facilities. The government should also allocate more funds for
research and development (R&D) projects of colleges and universities with agriculture
programs. Lastly, government should spend more on agriculture because you can’t build a
strong economy unless you have a foundation of a robust agricultural sector.

Discuss the following as concise as possible:

Research starts with a problem and ends  with a new problem.

It shows that you have to study a particular problem in order to start a research project, and when we
study it your research is limited and what you are about your subject matter. The project needs to
investigate a specific problem, and when we study it, your research has its limits, and new challenges
arise when you discover something new about your subject. That means you have to have a specific
problem to learn in order to start a study, and when you study it your study has its limits and what you
are about your subject whenever you discover something new, it will give you a new problem that pops
out. As the word "research" means.

It shows that you study a particular problem to start a research project, and when we study it,
there

It will end in a new problem because since you understood the uses or information of
your topic, you will start having questions on where you could use it how would you
apply it with another things or problems, when you understood a certain topic you will
start having questions if you can use it with another things or could use it to solve a
certain problem.

When you conduct your research, it needs to investigate a specific problem and as you study it, your
research has its limits and new challenges arise when you discover something new about your subject. It
end up more questions on your mind and that’s gives you a new problem that pops out. As the word
‘research’ means you are going to re-research the problem you’ve discover because knowledge has no
limit.

means that, in able to start a research you must have a certain problem to
study about and as you study it, there are limitations in your study and as you
discover something new about your topic, there will always be a new problem
that will pop out. Just as the word "RESEARCH " means. RE- again +
SEARCH so, as you search you must search again. Research is a series of
problems.
When you conduct research, you should study a specific topic, and when you study it, your
research has limitations, and new challenges arise when you discover something new about
your subject. It gets you with more questions on your mind, which leads to a new problem. The
word, ‘research’ means you are going to re-research the problem you’ve discovered since
knowledge has no limitation.

Considering the challenges that our country face today, what sector  of our government
do you think needs more priority fund allocation for research and development? Why?

The agricultural sector needs more priority fund allocation for research and development it has been
beset with persistent challenges resulting in low farm incomes, low rural employment, and a lack of
food security.

With a growing population, improvement in agriculture is a must to enable us to meet those

demands. The agricultural sector has been beset with persistent challenges resulting in low
farm incomes, low rural employment, and a lack of food security. Local farmers are facing
difficulty in having proper business transacti ons and it results in an oversupply of
agricultural produce that also affects their income. This may affect the living of the
farmers since most of their hard work in planting and harvesting their products is wasted
because they cannot find anyone that is willing to purchase their excess supply . For that
reason, improving agriculture in the Philippines is a must since almost all the necessities are
coming from local farmers, also the government should help them in solving the issue and give
financial support. People are also concerned about rising global demand, climate change, trade
and investment, and increasing fertilizer costs. With is, perhaps, more public spending on
infrastructures such as irrigation systems, farm-to-market highways, and post-harvest facilities
is needed. Additionally, the government should increase funding for research and development
(R&D) projects at colleges and universities with agricultural programs. Lastly, the government
should invest more in agriculture since a strong economy can’t be built without a strong
agricultural sector.
