    Sir,

    Good day!

    We, the swimming team and committee would like to express our concern with regards to our request that
    we are planning to let our team in swimming to start their training. The local MASTS event was fast
    approaching which was scheduled October 12-14, 2022. In connection with this, we wish to seek your
    approval from your good office that we may be allowed to have our training outside the campus. We are
    planning to held it at Malinawa Cold Spring, Sition Tublihon ,Barangay Parang ,Cantilan, Surigao del Sur.

    Attached with is the parents permit from the trainees.


    We are hoping for your favourable response on this request.
