Dear Honorable Pama:

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Sto. Niño Integrated School is an institution that caters students from Elementary to Senior High
School. The school believes that to have a good citizen is to have a good education, and to have a
good education means to have a comfortable and suitable areas for learning. It’s been two years
since pandemic that our road going to our Junior and Senior high school has become an
impassable road due to rain that has flushed out all the sands and gravel and it has now become a
muddy road. Moreover, the school is about to open classes this coming August 22, 2022 and
many parents and students are expecting that SNIS is a good place to study.

In line with this intention, we are humbly asking from your good office for the ready mix sand
and gravel to be used for the construction of our road since we do not have enough budget to be
used for the said project.
If this request be granted, it is not only our school that will benefit from this, but the whole
barangay of Sto. Nino and the nearby barangays.Your response on this matter is greatly
appreciated.

It is with great pride and honor that the school has just been validated Three Star on the SBM-
WINS and the Face-to-Face Validations. It is indeed a big success for our school through the
collaborative work of each faculty and staff, stakeholders, students and parents and above all the
big and invaluable help that you have extended to make this thing happen.

In connection with this, our beloved school will be having a “PASALAMAT PROGRAM” to
commend people who have worked hard and appreciate what they have done for the school. It
would be an honor to have your presence tomorrow June 10, 2022(Friday) at 8:00 in the
morning. The feat of our school would not have been achieved by us if you had not been there by
our side.
