Interviewed: Fine, how`s it going

Interviewed: Yes
Interviewer: Ok, Very well. So, my name is Moises, Nice to meet you
Interviewed: Nice to meet you too
Interviewer: And, let start it up with, tell me about yourself, tell where are
you studying at the school and what are your hobbies, and if you have any
work experience, tell me about that
Interviewed: Well, as you know, my name is Sergio Eleazar and I’m studying
Enterprise Admon at Tecnologico of Cancun. My hobbies: I like to read
books, manage and help in things that I could I do. I previously work in
another restaurant, but it close for mismanagement of accounts by the boss
Interviewer: Ok, well, now in relation about your previously job, what was
your job in your previous job?
Interviewed: I was the assistant to the Deputy Administration Manager
Interviewer: what were your responsibilities?
Interviewed: I was the responsible to attend the employees and customers
complaints, notice to the Assistant Manager, and in some cases, to resolve it,
also had to talk with the employees who want to resign from work, and notice
to the employees who get fired
Interviewer: Oh, interesting…. You have experience hiring personal, right?
Interviewed: yes
Interviewer: Ok, now, in relation the job, what would you do if an employee
was underperformance?
Interviewed: First I’ll check if was well trained, and who were him
supervisor, after that check if the guilty were the supervisor who is
underperformance to trained, or the employee were simply underperformed
and search a new employee to replace him
Interviewer: Ok, and the last question, if an important decision had to be
made, but you couldn’t reach the manager, what would you do? for example,
change something about the menu, or change all the menu
Interviewed: I would check the approval study of the new dish, or the new
menu with respect to the old, and compare who is the best option for us
