Research on teacher strategies in instilling student character values in online
learning is carried out with several teacher strategies in instilling student character
values in online learning. The reality in the field is there are still many teachers who
has any problems from the teacher's strategy in instilling the character of students,
especially in the instilling of religious character, responsibility, and discipline.
The focus of this research is : 1) how is the teacher's strategy in instilling the
values of the religious character of students in online learning at MI Miftahul Huda
Banjarejo Tulungagung? 2) how is the teacher's strategy in instilling the character of
student responsibility in online learning at MI Miftahul Huda Banjarejo Tulungagung
? 3) how is the teacher's strategy in instilling the values of the discipline character of
students in online learning at MI Miftahul Huda Banjarejo Tulungagung?
This study uses a phenomenological descriptive approach and the type of
research is qualitative. The research location is MI Miftahul Huda Banjarejo
Tulungagung. Sources of data obtained from primary and secondary data. The data
collection method used in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation
studies. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and
conclusion. While checking the validity of the data using extended observations,
making observations diligently and earnestly, triangulation and checking through
discussion.
The results of the study showed that : 1) the teacher's strategy in instilling the
values of the religious character of students in online learning, namely: applying the
habit of praying before studying, praying Dhuha, and reading the Holy Qur'an. The
implementation of this habituation is carried out online by giving orders that are
conveyed through the whatsapp group of each class, after that students send evidence
of having done it. 2). The teacher's strategy in instilling the character values of
students' responsibility in online learning namely: giving orders to be devoted to both
parents when at home, doing the tasks given by the teacher, implementing strategies
with the teacher giving orders via whatsapps grub and then being asked to send
photos activities in group. 3) the teacher's strategy in instilling students' discipline
character values in online learning, namely: giving advice to students to always
comply with the health protocol by always washing hands, wearing masks, and
keeping a distance, exercise, sunbathing, and drink warm water. The implementation
is with the teacher asking students to send photos of their activities in the whatsapp
group. And lastly, students collect the assignments given by the teacher on time, and
are absent in the whatsapps group starting at 07: 00 depending on the time and
conditions.

‫البيّاية األولية والثانوية‪ .‬طرق مجع البيانات يف هذه الدراسة باستخدام املقابالت املتعمقة واملالحظة‬
‫املباشرة وتوثيق الدراسة‪ .‬تستخدم تقنية حتليل البيانات تقليل البيانات وعرض البيانات واستخالص‬
‫النتائج‪ .‬أثناء التحقق من صحة البيانات باستخدام املالحظات املوسعة واملالحظات الدؤوبة والتثليث‬
‫والفحص من خالل املناقشة‪.‬‬
‫بينت نتائج الدراسة ‪ )1 :‬تتمثل اسرتاتيجية املعلّم يف غرس قيم الشخصية الدينية للطالب يف‬
‫التعلّم عرب اإلنرتنت هي تنفيذ برنامج تعويد للدعاء قبل الدراسة وصالة الضحى وقراءة القرآن‪ .‬يتم‬
