SKF Rotating Nozzle

for Cylinder Lubrication

Uniform lubricant coverage on inner cylinder surfaces

The rotating nozzle is designed to evenly lubricate the inner

surface of a cylinder during the assembly process.
A centralized lubrication system meters and delivers the
lubricant, grease or oil, which in turn is projected by centrifugal
force directly onto the inner surface of the cylinder. Suitable for
applications with an inner diameter greater than 25 mm and
lengths up to 100 mm.

To insure even lubrication of the cylinder

surface, use a lubricant distributor capable of
continuous delivery during the lubrication
cycle.
When selecting a grease, choose one that
will withstand the pressure presented by the
rotating nozzle. If there are any questions or
concerns about the proper lubricant choice,
please consult SKF.
