I. Objectives: within 1 hour students are expected to:


a. Discuss the steps in assessing emergency situations and its ways in
conducting physical examination when giving first aid
b. Distinguish the difference between the signs and symptoms
c. Value the importance of life through assessing the scene and the victims
d. Demonstrate properly the procedures in doing primary and secondary
survey of victims
