OUTPUT MODE
OUTPUT MODE 1 MODE 1 UP MODE 1 DOWN
When count is counted up or counted down to set point 1. set to OUT 1 ON until reset. And when the Count up or Count down
to the Set Point 2 value set, it will cause OUT 2 ON until the Reset Button is pressed

*Count Reset Value (CRV) is the value loaded at the reset count. Normally set CRV to 0 when reset. Count <- CRV
