MX2 – Constant Distance Stop From Any Frequency
(By Time)
1. Introduction
With this software we want to achieve constant stopping distance independently of the running
frequency. So is not necessary to change the position of the sensor when speed is modified.
On this case the internal stop command will be delayed based in the area corresponding to the
slowdown from the maximum frequency. The stopping area will be the same at any frequency keeping
constant the slowdown slope.
Drive programming allows to achieve and adjust the delay on the stop command

This parameters are used for the calculation and F003 is changed according to the distance that
should be cover.

The new multifunction input 56 is created to give the run and stop command that allows to stop with
constant speed.

3. Start-Up Procedure
For startup only is necessary to set one of the digital input to 56 and start the Drive program by
parameter or by a digital input
