RESOLUTION NO. 01 s. 2021

A JOINT resolution of Brgy. Officials, General PTA Officials and Teachers requesting
BATCH 86 being represented by LEOPOLDO C. TAMONDONG –Beleng, Bayambang,
Pangasinan to include in their project – Installation of Water Facility of Beleng
Elementary School, Beleng, Bayambang, Pangasinan.

Whereas, the Beleng Elementary School is in need of water facility as part of the
preparation of the school for mandatory face -to – face and for safety purpose of the
pupils ,school personnel and other stakeholders .

Wherefore, on the motion of Ellen C. Hernandez, President of GPTA, duly seconded by

MA.THERESA G. CALANGIAN – Teacher’s Club President , this Resolution was
immediately prepared addressed to BATCH 86 –LEOPOLDO C. TAMONDONG –
Bayambang, Pangasinan ;

Resolved, further that the Brgy. Officials, GPTA Officials and Teachers of Beleng
Elementary School express their thanks and gratitude unto BATCH 86 –LEOPOLDO C.
TAMONDONG – Bayambang, Pangasinan ; in the anticipation for the donation of said
water facility of Beleng Elem. School;

Resolved as it hereby resolved that this resolution be forwarded to BATCH 86 represented

by LEOPOLDO C. TAMONDONG– Bayambang, Pangasinan , for their utmost
consideration and favorable action.

Kagawad MODESTO PARAGAS & FAMILY – Batangcaoa, Bayambang, Pangasinan to
include in their project – Garden Set of Beleng Elementary School, Beleng, Bayambang,
Pangasinan.

Whereas, the Beleng Elementary School is in need of Garden Sets which will serve as study
tables during mandatory face -to – face in the new normal.

Wherefore, on the motion of Ellen C. Hernandez, President of GPTA, duly seconded by

LESLIE DIANE B. AGBUYA – Reading Coordinator , this Resolution was immediately
prepared addressed to Kagawad MODESTO PARAGAS & FAMILY –Batangacaoa,
Bayambang, Pangasinan ;

Resolved, further that the Brgy. Officials, GPTA Official s and Teachers of Beleng
Elementary School express their thanks and gratitude unto Kagawad MODESTO
PARAGAS & FAMILY – Batangcaoa,Bayambang, Pangasinan , for their utmost
