from (October 1,2012 ) up to(May 1,2015)
About the company

Dangote Industries Ethiopian (PLC) is 5000 TPD ($ 600,000.00 Investment cost)

Cement plant which is owned by Nigerian investor, AlhajiAli Dangote . The construction
is done by world class contractor Sinoma International Construction and Design which
is owned by Chinese government. It is the biggest Cement plant project in Ethiopia.

Responsibilities
 Supervision work on main plant process areas including silo works which is
done by slipping form work technology, heavy load bearing piers, preheater
and cooler buildings.
 Supervision work on water towers, water treatment tanks, waste water
treatment and reuse tanks and different water treatment systems.
 Supervision and maintenance work on different office buildings, central
laboratory and electrical control buildings, housing complexes and oversees
all over housing and factory compound facility construction and
maintenance work.
 Supervision work on inside plant fixed pavement and outside access road
construction.
 Supervision work on 132KV transmission line tower foundations (55 km
Tapping point to site) and other civil work and supervision work on main
substation civil construction work with the specified international
standards(With ABB Ad Germany Company)
 Supervision of the entire project with intended progress, quality and safety
matters.
 Quality assurance work in every step of construction work including soil
work as per the standards, cods and agreements by the client side.
 Quality control works on the construction site as well as inside highly
organized civil construction laboratory with respect to quality manuals and
codes.
 Planning, follow up the project progress and preparation of report in side
office duty (preparation of BOQ, progress and quality report of overall civil
work including cost estimation of different non plant buildings and access
road works.)

Habesha Cement S.C is 3000 TPD ($ 136,000.00 Investment cost) Cement plant which is
owned by South African Base Cement Companies PPC & IDC Local Investors. The
construction is done by international contractor Northern Heavy Industries (NHI)
which is owned by Chinese government.

Responsibilities

 Over all managing and supervision of quarry construction site

-Site grading and preparation
-Access road work construction along with drainage system
-Supervision on main crusher and some crusher complex
- building housing complexes and etc
 Supervision work on pile foundation for heavy structures
 On force work on site grading and site preparation work
 Supervision and maintenance work on different office buildings, central
laboratory and electrical control buildings, housing complexes and oversees
all over housing and factory compound facility construction and maintenance
work.
 Supervision work on material preparation ,preblending and conveying
buildings
 Supervision work on crusher buildings and different types of overland and
land conveying systems construction work
 Supervision work on inside plant fixed pavement and outside access road with
the drainage system.
 Supervision work on 132KV Substation civil works including transmission
tower construction work.
 Quality assurance and Quality control works of all the project
 Follow up and evaluate Planning, preparation of BOQ, progress and Quality
report of overall civil work from the client side.
