ARTIST NAME: Pyari Jaya Khoobsurat

Jaya Khoobsurat is a freelance lmmaker and vocal ar st, with a wide

scope of experience in the entertainment industry. Jaya is a graduate of
Gri th Film School and the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, with a
post-graduate Cer cate in Film & Television from the University of South
Australia who now – along with IELTS level English teaching – she also
works as an independent lmmaker, voice-over ar st/professional vocalist
and recently exed herself into a researcher/writer for a local Gold Coast
company.

Jaya has spent several decades working with young people, and has
worked in both Australian and overseas countries (Taiwan, Thailand,
United Arab Emirates, Canada, Holland) in various Interna onal
communi es; plus been involved with all kinds of produc ons on both
stage and screen (local & independent/ blockbuster & indie), both in front
and behind the camera, as both a performing & recording ar st (actor/
singer). Jaya has produced quite a many short lms and several
documentary’s over the past twelve years – she has plenty of wisdom &
understandings to share.

As an aside, Jaya runs Spit-Spot Feng Shui Declutter, Clean & Reset for
your home and business; and teaches ESL (English) at the Mastery
International College in Brisbane CBD, plus private online tuition.

Jaya is a member of the Golden Key Interna onal Honor Society and a
proud member of the MEAA Union that represents Ar sts, Musicians and
Film professionals.
