บทคัดย่อ ดังกล่าวใช้บำาบัดผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการผ่าตัดมากที่สุด
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ (ร้อยละ 23.1) โดยส่วนใหญ่เน้นองค์ประกอบดนตรี
เนื้อหาด้านวิธีการบำาบัดทางดนตรีจากงานวิจัยทาง ด้านอัตราจังหวะเป็นหลักในการบำาบัด (ร้อยละ 13.8)
ดนตรีบาำ บัดในประเทศไทย งานวิจยั ทีน่ าำ มาวิเคราะห์ สำ า หรั บ ทั ก ษะดนตรี ที่ ใ ช้ ม ากที่ สุ ดในการบำ า บั ด คื อ
มีจำานวนทั้งหมด 65 เรื่อง เป็นงานวิจัยที่เผยแพร่ ทักษะการฟ˜ง (ร้อยละ 67.7) โดยส่วนใหญ่เป็นการฟ˜ง
ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2528-2553 จากสถาบันการศึกษา ผ่านดนตรีบันทึก (ร้อยละ 70.8) ซึ่งมีเป้าหมายเพื่อ
5 แห่ง ได้แก่ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัย บำาบัดความเจ็บปวดมากทีส่ ดุ (ร้อยละ 20) รองลงมา
มหิดล มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ มหาวิทยาลัย ใช้ลดความวิตกกังวล (ร้อยละ 16.9) ในด้านการสรุป
เชียงใหม่ และมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เก็บรวบรวม ผลที่ได้จากการบำาบัดทางดนตรี พบว่า ผลการวิจัย
116 ข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบบันทึกสาระด้านวิธีการบำาบัดทาง ส่วนใหญ่มคี วามสอดคล้องและเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์
ดนตรี จากนัน้ ทำาการวิเคราะห์ขอ้ มูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์ และสมมติฐานการวิจยั (ร้อยละ 69.2) แสดงให้เห็นว่า
เนื้อหา โดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย เพื่อจำาแนกและจัด ดนตรีมีประสิทธิผลต่อการบำาบัดและการส่งเสริม
หมวดหมูส่ าระจากงานวิจยั ผลการสังเคราะห์งานวิจยั สุขภาพ
พบว่า รูปแบบวิธกี ารบำาบัดทางดนตรีทใ่ี ช้มากทีส่ ดุ คือ
กิจกรรมการฟ˜งดนตรี (ร้อยละ 55.4) รองลงมาคือ ¤íÒÊíÒ¤ÑÞ: วิธีการบำาบัดทางดนตรี, ดนตรีบำาบัด,
กิจกรรมดนตรีทห่ี ลากหลาย ซึง่ รวมถึงกิจกรรมการฟ˜ง การสังเคราะห์งานวิจัย, การวิเคราะห์
การร้องเพลง การเล่นเครื่องดนตรี การเคลื่อนไหว เนื้อหา
และการสร้างสรรค์ (ร้อยละ 10.8) กิจกรรมดนตรี
