I created a PowerPoint presentation on the topic of Copyright and Fair Use in Education.

The intended
audience would be my colleagues, elementary school teachers, but could be presented to any educator
at any level. The purpose of the artifact was to give teachers a better understanding of legal use of
resources by explaining the difference between Copyright and Fair Use.

In the presentation, I also provided the teachers links and instructions to access music, photos,
educational resources, and software that are all available for retaining, reusing, revising, remixing, and
redistributing.

In fact, while completing this assignment, I was able to grasp a better understanding myself of what is
allowed and not. With the use of the Copyright and Fair Use Guidelines for Teachers Chart, I can look up
each Medium, examine the Specifics, verify What you can do and check The Fine Print.
