Mr. Jovi Parani greeted the students and start discussing about the importance of having classroom
officers inside the room.
Opening and Call to Order (Statement to for the formal opening of the meeting)
Highlights
Mr. Jovi Parani reminded the teachers to gradually fulfil the necessary activities for them to pass
all the subjects for first semester.

Only 12 students out of 19 students were present during the classroom election. Only these 12 students had the
chance to be elected as officer in the room.
The adviser discusses one by one the role of each elected classroom officials. They must strictly follow
the said roles to ensure the smooth governance inside the classroom. The adviser also reiterated the
