CENTRALISED LABOUR QUARTERS (CLQ) INSPECTION CHECKLIST

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Inspection shall be carried out on weekly basis
2. The inspection shall be perform by contractor's site supervisor/safety supervisor/CLQ warden/Exyte EHS
3. Every section of inspection item should have checked
Good = Observed and in compliance/in good condition
Poor = Observed and not in compliance/unsafe condition
