DECLARATIVE SENTENCE

I – OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the 50-minute lesson , the pupils should be able to:

a.) identify a declarative sentence;


b.) appreciate the function of declarative sentence in a song;
c.) construct a declarative sentence.

about something to a person, place, thing, and event it is
called a declarative sentence.

many kinds. All these sentences are called Declarative
sentence. Let’s find out what a Declarative Sentence is.

A DECLARATIVE SENTENCE is a sentence that tells


about something and ends with period.

These sentences will tell you facts, opinions and other


statement.
