ELEMENTAL COST ESTIMATE FOR THE PROPOSED RECREATION/SPORTS CENTRE

1. PROJECT BRIEF

Scope: Sports/Recreation Centre comprising of various works e.g., Site

Preparation, Earthworks & Excavations; Paved Roads, Parking &
Walkways with 80mm thick Concrete Pavers; Landscaping
works; Construction of 2No. soccer fields with artificial turf,
Spectators’ Pavilion; Main Building (2 Storeys); Site Stormwater
drainage, Flood Lights and associated Electrical Installations.
Project Status: Concept Design Stage

Construction Period: 4 months (Estimated)

2. ELEMENTAL COST ESTIMATE

The summary of estimated construction costs for the project are as represented in Table 1
below. Detailed Bills of Quantities can be prepared upon receipt of final project construction
drawings.
