A Narrative Report about the Implementation of Safety

Health Protocols in School

COVID 19 has risk thousands of lives throughout the world. In the Philippines, it has
infected a lot of Filipinos and is now drastically increasing.

In connection with the Department of Education Memorandum No. 162, the Cagay
National High School implements the so called “safety health protocols to avoid COVID 19 in school
premises following the health guidelines measures.”.

Mrs. Susan F. Roxas, a dynamic school head of the above-mentioned institution

discussed the Safety Protocols and Guidelines to all teachers and visitors. It has been also suggested the
formation of COVID 19 Task Force to address whatever problem may encounter in lined with the said
virus.

School head, teachers and visitors agreed to follow the strict implementation of safety
protocols and guidelines to fight against COVID 19.

Values inculcated for doing this activity are the following: cooperation, discipline,
honesty and resourcefulness.

The implementation of the safety protocols has been followed by the personnel of Cagay
NHS and to all visitors.
