Do you think physical education is as important as the other subjects like Science, Math, English and History?

This
has been the hot topic in the video. Physical education is becoming less and less required subject for all the
students. It is considered to be the least subject of all the subjects. Some think that it does not lead to success, we
can't get a job from learning physical education, it does not help in any way, and it will just make us tired
physically. Well, it has been discussed in the video that physical education can help us learn more, due to the fact
that we can focused more. Physical activity immediately boosts the brain's dopamine, norepinephrine, and
serotonin levels, all of which affect focus and attention. There are studies that show that physical education can
help to improve the academic performance of a student. Many of the regular physical activities that students
engage in are associated with higher levels of concentration and well-composed behaviors. Sports activities help to
reinforce knowledge learned in other subjects. Physical education also helps us deal with stress, depression and
anxiety. Exercise increases your overall health and your sense of well-being, which puts more pep in your step
every day. But exercise also has some direct stress-busting benefits. It pumps up your endorphins. Physical activity
may help bump up the production of your brain's feel-good neurotransmitters, called endorphins. Although this
function is often referred to as a runner's high, any aerobic activity, such as a rousing game of tennis or a nature
hike, can contribute to this same feeling. It reduces negative effects of stress. Exercise can provide stress relief for
your body while imitating effects of stress, such as the flight or fight response, and helping your body and its
systems practice working together through those effects. This can also lead to positive effects in your body —
including your cardiovascular, digestive and immune systems — by helping protect your body from harmful effects
of stress. It's meditation in motion. After a fast-paced game of racquetball, a long walk or run, or several laps in
the pool, you may often find that you've forgotten the day's irritations and concentrated only on your body's
movements. As you begin to regularly shed your daily tensions through movement and physical activity, you may
find that this focus on a single task, and the resulting energy and optimism, can help you stay calm, clear and
focused in everything you do. It improves your mood. Regular exercise can increase self-confidence, improve your
mood, help you relax, and lower symptoms of mild depression and anxiety. Exercise can also improve your sleep,
which is often disrupted by stress, depression and anxiety. All of these exercise benefits can ease your stress levels
and give you a sense of command over your body and your life. More than 1 billion people worldwide are obese,
650 million adults, 340 million adolescents, and 39 million children, and that would increase due to the fact that
most of this generation’s technology are all crucial in our way of living. We go to work, we use mobile phones,
laptops, computers so as in school. This is why physical education should be required in every year, every student,
and every school. It gives us a lot of benefits and we all know that. Physical education is fundamental right for all.
We deserve a long, healthy, happy and active life. Let us all appreciate physical education. Let us not take it for
granted. Spread awareness and encourage other people to exercise, and lead us all lead ourselves to a healthier,
longer, and active future.
