FINAL ARTWORK:

Made on Paint 3D
This is a pop art painting. The person in this main painting is song writer and dancer Michael
Jackson. I added a lot of colors on his costume while he is dancing in front of an audience. I tried
to entertain my audience by adding a gun right next to the actor to show the audience sign of fun,
laughter, and memes. I didn’t only add bright colors but added a bright background which I
didn’t repeat of in the coloring of my artwork. Furthermore, to show the effects of this artwork, I
put different highlights on the edges of the whole artwork and didn’t leave much space. That
expressions are POW, BOOM, Busted, OMG, and LOL. I did try me but that was a speech
bubble that Michael Jackson said to the person on the gun point. The color contrast is even cool
as every color is bright and nothing is something that is missing POP interactions.
Reason of choosing this:
I chose Michael Jackson because he is a memory to all of us and his dances were so fascinating
and entertaining. Related to that, I made a attracting pop art piece digitally and it expresses the
colors that show the emotions Michael Jackson showed in all his exhibitions.
Process (In Pictures):
How does it connect:
I wanted my artwork to take place as a self-portrait. Now that I couldn’t bring in fruits form my
last criterion, I used its colors to enhance the artwork which is present. I left in some spots to
compare the bright colors with the past ones which was the photograph itself. The holes define
space and curtains the colors that I added in this artwork. the different emotions even have an
impact on our daily lives because in many events this is our response to the environment in a
small sign. Like LOL means laugh out loud and OMG means Oh my God.
