Conduct TBT meeting before the work  begins
Use ladder where required and wherever
possible during erection.
 Place scaff-tag with yellow label as soon as
the  first ladder has been installed.
Ensure the scaffold is plumb and level as it goes
up.
Secure the scaffold to the structure          
/building or provide outriggers.
Use the right couplings and ensure their
tightness.
Ensure the load on the scaffold does not exceed
the rated capacity.
During the daily inspection, look at the bottom of
standards for any undermining due to rain, flood
or  any other reason.
