Subject: Election of School PTA Officers

1.Consistent to Deped Order No. 13, s. 2022 or Omnibus Guidelines On The Regulation
Of Operations Of Parent-Teacher Associations, Bagong Sikat Elementary School Annex
1 will hold the election of School PTA Officers for the School Year 2022-2023 on
September 9, 2022 at 8:00 a.m.

2. This activity aims to:

a. promote harmonious, active, and collaborative engagement among teachers,
parents, and the community in the implementation of school programs for learners'
welfare;

b. establish the crucial roles of the PTA as a dynamic school-based association

concerned with partnership and programs for the best interest of the learners; and

c. articulate the distinct roles and responsibilities of PTA olfrcers and members;

3. All Homeroom PTA Officers are encouraged to attend the said election and be given
the privilege to vote for the PTA Board of Directors which will form the set of officers for
the School PTA Executive Committee (EXECOM) Officers namely: President, Vice
President, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, and Business Manager.

4. Teachers will also vote for their two(2)representatives in the SPTA Board of Directors
as Secretary since this is the only allowed position for the teacher-representative.

5. All elected HRPTA and SPTA Officers will have their Oathtaking and be presented to
the association after the election.
