Research Paradigm

The research paradigm of the study focused on the profile of the Barangay Police

Officers and their work performance along with their duties and responsibilities based

on the performance of Police Officers duties and responsibilities as provided under the

Memorandum Circular 2003-042. This will serve as the background information of the

respondents.
