Overview of the business Plate snack corner is

modern style of cooking a simple plate snack. It is a
partnership it builds in three people. Plate snack corner
established in the year 2021. The reason why we built this
shop is not only to gain profit but also enjoying our life and
help people. Our shop is located at blk 27 lot2 p3 estante
st. central Bicutan Taguig city.
Business Name
At first, we named our business called isnakan then

after we have our business permit it renamed at plate
snack corner because that is good to hear and looks easy
to familiarize. In our business we are selling snacks.

Since our business plate snack corner, we are selling

snacks like cheesy potato accordion also we added an
burger sisig. And so on.
Target Market
Our target market is anyone that who can afford and

buy our product young, teenager, and adult are our target
market that who loves to eat snacks.

The plate snack corner was managing its process by

buying the needed ingredients, preparing, and cooking it in
our store. Our team is particular when it comes to
initiative, that know to convince the customer.

our product and the one that cook,

13 after we gather all of our orders, we bought our ingredients for
our Sisig Burger.
On July 14, 6 am in the morning Michael and Johnlouie

bought all the ingredients on market, after that, Jonah cooked our
tastiest sisig burger

WEEK 3
On July 20 we gather an order, and on July 22 We woke up
early to buy a recipe and things that we should use for our
product. Which are Potato cheese balls and Hotdog rings. Michael
and I John Louie are assigned to go to the market, Jonah assigned
in cooking. We helped each other. After that, the product was
finally done. We started costing the product that we made. Good
thing not too bad because it's just getting started for our small
business. Everything we did has a lesson learned.

WEEK 4

Just what we started we receive orders on Monday to Tuesday and
Michael was the one handled our marketing and also, we delivered it on
Wednesday then on July 28, 2021, Jonah wake up early to buy ingredients
at signal because at signal market is lesser the price of ingredients than the
other market near at our store. Then we start to do the product I assign as
the one who cooked, and Jonah and Michael prepared for the product to
cooked and for the finish product Louie (me) package it so I can deliver it to
our buyer.

WEEK 5
Early morning, 6am I (Jonah) went to the market to brought
ingredients for the product that we will make for today's menu which is
combo snacks of potato accordion and hotdog rings. Mr. John Louie
assigned for the delivery of the product while Mr. Michael assigned in
cooking. Since all of us are busy to our work and house chores, we decided
to divide the task for this business subject and to boost our social
communication to show our dedication for this business and to have a
cooperation and unity. After we completely buy the ingredients, we went to
John Louie's house to start cooking since there are the place that we always
do the product. We contact all the customers who buys us to let them know
that their orders are ready to made and ready for pickups. As I said, John
Louie assigned in delivery while I collected the payment to save it for
another day ingredients. Michael Started to repack all the product and John
Louie's ready to deliver it into the places that the customer's mention
where to bring their orders. Even we have a different schedule and hectic
schedule, we assure that all of us are making cooperation and unity as a
business team.
