B. What do you need to do your job better?

I need another interpreter Thursdays and Friday which are there the busy days, even more
now that 2 providers are coming to Milford. I also need another computer that I can use
permanent.

E. How well do you think you communicate with Board members, supervisor and fellow
staff.

I get along with everyone. When I have a question, I go to my supervisor for help and I
feel that I have good communication with him, and with the people of the Board I have
not had the pleasure of meeting them.

C. What things would you like to accomplish before your next evaluation?

Being the only interpreter in the Milford area I feel that the days that are very busy I
have been able to handle them quite well. I do jobs that not all interpreters do, thanks
to Ana who taught me when I started and other nurses who are no longer here. I am a
person who rarely misses work and when I do it is because it is really an emergency
or I don't feel well. I try not to since I'm the only interpreter in Milford. I help in
everything I can, I never say that I couldn't unless it was out of my hands. I try to do
my best not expecting gratitude because it is my job. I like what I do, everything that
has to do with helping others is my passion. And I appreciate being part of La Red
Health Center.
