1. The Republic Act No. 10627 or also known as the Anti Bullying Act of 2013 addresses this
concern among parents, teachers and even students who are considered victims of bullying.
The anti-bullying act ensures that these cases will no longer fall on deaf ears. 

2. RA 7877 mandates that the employer or the head of the work-related, educational or


training environment or institution must provide the procedures for the resolution, settlement
or prosecution of acts of sexual harassment.

3. It is a law the seeks to address the prevalence of violence against women and their
children (VAWC) by their intimate partners like their husband or ex-husband, live-in partner or
former live-in partner, boyfriend/girlfriend or ex-boyfriend/ex-girlfriend, dating partner or
former dating partner.

4. Cybercrime law provides rules of conduct and standards of behavior for the use of the
Internet, computers, and related digital technologies, and the actions of the public,
government, and private organizations; rules of evidence and criminal procedure, and other
criminal justice matters in cyberspace; and regulation to reduce risk and/or mitigate the harm
done to individuals, organizations, and infrastructure should a cybercrime occur. Accordingly,
cybercrime law includes substantive, procedural and preventive law.

5. Gender Sensitivity is one basic requirement for the normal development of an individual and
also to build a strong society, Men & women both have to compliment each other.

6. According to RA 9344, children at risk refers to children who are vulnerable to and at the risk
of committing criminal offenses because of personal, family and social circumstances. R.A. No.
9344 has institutionalized the promotion of the well-being of the child and their families,
involvement of parents and guardians, promotion of diversion, avoiding deprivation of liberty
and protecting the privacy rights of children.
7. Republic act no. 11313 Bawal bastos law ensuring an individual’s sense of personal space
and public  safety, the Safe Spaces Act addresses gender-based sexual harassment in  public
areas such as streets, privately-owned places open to the public,  and public utility vehicles,
among others.
