General Objectives

This course of study is designed for graduate students to get and secure the maximum results with minimum efforts and resources in
managing organization and utilizing human and financial resources in a manner that would result in best combination, achieve quantity and
quality of efforts between individuals and the team.

Learning Outcomes

At the successful completion of this course, graduate students will be able to :


1. Demonstrate a general knowledge framework and understanding of key functions, theories in management as applied in practice;
2. Obtain through electives in-depth knowledge and understanding in more specific management related areas;
3. Practice critical and creative thinking to improve the decision-making process; and
