TERMS DESCRIPTION
PRICE Ex Works
PACKING & FORWARDING Unless and otherwise specifically stated, the panels are wrapped in
impervious polythene sheet and sent as per our standard practice for
Indoor Panels. If wooden packing is desired, it can be undertaken at an
extra cost.
FRIEGHT & INSURANCE Extra at actual to Your account.
TAXES Applicable as per current rate of (GST @ 18%Extra). Any statutory
tax variation at the time of dispatch will be to your account.
DELIVERY The panel offered by us will be dispatched 6-8 weeks from the date
of your drawing approval and advance receipt. Our drawings will
be forwarded to you within 7 days from the date of receipt of your

 technically and commercially clear order. For bulk quantities,
delivery schedule can be mutually discussed and agreed.
PAYMENT 40% of the order value as advance along with order and the
balance 60% against Performa invoice before dispatch .
INSPECTION We are agreeable to your representative inspecting the panel at our
works prior to dispatch. However incase of inspection waiver we
will nevertheless carry out routine tests as per IS prior to dispatch.
Please note that the panels need to be lifted within 15 days from
the date of intimation of readiness from SRIWIN ELECTRIC incase
of inspection waiver or within 15 days from the date of subsequent
intimation of panel readiness post inspection.

EQUIMENT WARRANTY 12 months from date of commissioning or 18 months from date of
dispatch whichever is earlier
CHANGES IN SCOPE Any change(s) in scope after approval of drawing and
commencement of production will be treated separately and
appropriate charges will apply for incorporating the change
CANCELLATION OF ORDER Cancellation of order will lead to forfeiture of any advance paid.
VALIDITY 15 days from here-of
