Indian Bank, Zonal Office, Bangalore invites sealed offers from owners of commercial
Premises willing to offer on lease basis office premises at Nelamangala measuring
approximately 1600 sqft carpet area Preferably in ground floor with parking facility, for
a lease period of 10 or 15 years for opening of their branches with ATM facility
preferably on Main Road.

The tender forms can be downloaded from our website http://www.indianbank.in from
02.10.2022 to 17.10.2022.

Tenders are to be submitted in two cover system consisting of Technical and financial
bid in two separate covers placed into one single cover, superscribed “BID FOR OFFER
OF PREMISES AT _______” and submitted to Zonal Manager, at the above mentioned
address with refundable EMD of Rs 5000/- by way of DD favoring Indian Bank, on or
before 2:00 pm on 17.10.2022. EMD to be submitted along with Technical Bid.

Date of opening technical bid: 3:00 pm on 17.10.2022.

Incomplete tenders/ Late tenders/ tenders not accompanied by requisite EMD/ tenders
not in form specified are liable to be rejected.

Bank reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reasons
whatsoever.

Tenders from agents/ brokers will not be accepted. Priority shall be given to tenders
from PSUs/ Govt. organizations.
