SYNOPSIS

This project is entitled as Company Recruitment Site which has developed in PHP as
front and MySQL server as back end.

This simple project is a Company Recruitment Site. This is a web-based application

project developed in PHP, CodeIgniter 4 Framework, and MySQL Database. This project's
main goal is to develop a simple Recruitment Site for a certain company. The application
provides an online platform to publish the company's job opening and allow possible
applications to submit their applications. The application was developed with a pleasant user
interface using the Bootstrap 5 Framework. It consists of simple and user-friendly features
and functionalities

This Company Recruitment Site is accessible to the Company Management and to the
possible Applicants. Here, the management is in charge of managing the list of vacancies or
job openings in their company. They are required to log in with their system credentials in
order to gain access to the features and functionalities of the system. The system
administrator can manage the list of departments and vacancies per department. The
applicants can list all the open vacancies posted on the public site. They can submit their
application by filling in all the required fields on the application form. The application form
can be found below the vacancy details. The administrators have the privilege to update the
applicant's status. The system automatically computes the available slots per vacancy.
