II of Republic Act 9165, as amended, committed as follows:

That on or about 10PM December 05, 2021 in the city o Malolos

Philippine, the said, not being then authorized by law to sell, trade, deliver or
give away to another any dangerous drug, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and knowingly sell to Pat.Aljhon Sabino Poseur Buyer of 5.4
Kilograms of white crystalline substance containing Methamphetamine
Hydrochloride, a dangerous drug.
Contrary to law.

Philippine, the said accused not being then authorized by law to possess any
dangerous drug, did the and there willfully and knowingly have in his
possession and under his custody and control of 5.4 Kilograms Of Sachets
with the following subsequent markings and recorded weight, of white
crystalline substance containing Methamphetamine Hydrochloride, a
dangerous drug.
