Resolution passed by:

Scouts and Guides for Animals and Birds www.scoutingindia.in


Resolved that:
1. Restoration of pride for cow progeny, decorating with National status.
2. Do support public demand: DOAHD-E-2022-00850: GOVGJ-E-2022-23613:
GOVUP-E-2022-84811: GOVHY-E-2022-08781: GOVRJ-E-2022-06892: GOVMP-E-
2022-06891: GOVUC-E-2022-03011: GOVHP-E-2022-00878
3. As per section 74 of Indian Evidence Act, read with section 4 of RTI Act, all
public documents be in public domain but all public servants are enjoying
special status at the Berth of AWBI, without introducing mechanism, related
to:
1. Tiger as National Animals of India, without any authority, rules and
regulations
2. Lotus and Hockey, lost National status without any notification
3. Elephant as National Heritage animal, only via NBWL resolution as no legal
provision.
4. Peacock as National bird of India, without any authority, rules and
regulations
5. Dolphin Declared National Aquatic Animal of India, without any authority,
rules and regulations.
6. Animal scanner may be installed at each toll plaza, preventing cruelty
against cow progeny, interstate smuggling as well.
7. Special vehicle for cow transportation, duly approved by Transport
Department.
8. Restore 5 freedoms for cow, as per court orders.
9. STOP treating cow as goods, vehicle, commodity, agriculture products.
10. Ban on cow slaughtering, ensuring Right of Life, as one of freedoms, as
per court orders.
11. Present Status and action taken of all public grievances, moved by
Naresh Kadyan, since last 50 years, to adopt - grant and decorated cow with
National status, also needs immediate attention.
Cow as National Cattle of India, National Heritage animal of India, and it can easily
be possible:
A). As per section 9(k) of the prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, AWBI
easily approved agenda, advisory for educational purpose, related to cow and
pancghgavya.
B). As per section 10 of the prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, AWBI easily
approved agenda, to issue Regulation, related to cow and pancghgavya.
Treated as agenda before AWBI, Gauseva and Gauchar Vikas Board, Livestock
Development Board, Animal Welfare Board, Biodiversity Board, and District Society
