Tell me about yourself.

I have graduated mechanical engineering from Bulacan state university. I was
a DOST scholar and I have attended the basic occupational safety and health
training and I am also a safety officer 2. I am someone who is very passionate about
engineering. I am someone who will try their best to solve difficult problems,
quickly and efficiently. I also have the desire to continually improve and better
myself professionally and that’s what brings me here today, and why I'm excited to
learn more about this opportunity.

What is your weakness?

I think for me my biggest weakness is being a person that has a short-term
memory I solve this for example when I was reviewing for my board exam, there are
so many formulas and concepts to consider, I take down notes to every single one of
them so I can clearly remember things and resolve it without any problems. I find
that through repetition it does the job for me.

What are your strengths?

I think for me my biggest strength is being a very persistent person, I never
give up on difficult things very easily and everyday I try to improve little by little
like when I applied for this position, I started to review doing practice drawings in
AutoCAD again and I also started basic Inventor 3D software so I can fit for this job.
I can also proudly say that I am someone who has integrity.

How do you see yourself 5 years from now?

5 years from now, I see myself becoming an expert with my position as a
mechanical engineer in this company. I also see myself someone who really knows
working with different teams and different departments and someone who can be a
team player. I plan to look for opportunities to help our company grow and to be
more competitive.

I applied for this position because I think the qualifications matched my
strengths perfectly. I’m very detail oriented and I organize my time very efficiently.
Yes, many people have these qualities but for me, I can say that I have the passion
for engineering, I really love engineering and because of my optimistic personality,
my education, background and my strengths, I think I can do this job very well.
