TurON Me On is something that can satisfy your merienda craving. We offer turon
which is a Filipino merienda with a twist.

The source of funds will come from our savings and since this business is approved by
our parents I will seek help, especially financial support for my parents.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Merienda and “Panghimagas’’ in the Philippines can mean sweet or savory fare and
they can range from a few bites to maybe even something as filling as a main meal. It is one
of the legacies of Filipinos that's why it is in high demand in any season. There are very few
rules defining what a Filipino merienda can be, and it seems that the most important one is
that it should be delicious.
The business plan would include all the information about TurOn Me On. It discusses
the background, description, products, and services, financial plan, organizational plan, and
operational plan of the business as it ventures in the journey of success. Jossel D. Cornelio,
Rustom V. Payao, and Michael Josh M. Numeron, a business partnership form of
organization that introduces TurON Me On that would offer two (2) innovative turon
products.
The business plan was affected by the survey results, which helps determine if the
business is profitable. In the results, 100% of the respondents like to eat Filipino snacks, and
99% like innovative version. With this, the group expects that this business is profitable
enough and will achieve the objectives and goals of the companionship.
The business expects a 30% increase in sales each year and to have a small
number of units to be sold to cover the costs based on the break-even point of the
establishment. With this, the business is expected to be profitable and stable despite the
competitions and struggles that may rise along the business venture. This business plan is the
draft the establishment may use to execute the business and gain profit.

Promote the delicious delicacies of our very own Bicol's product, preserve the literature
of the food industry that every Filipino have and satisfy the cravings of people in merienda.

period and dividing it by the total sales of the industry over the same period. However, since
the company does not have any branches as of now the total sales that the company can
inccured will be its total market share . Hence, take for example if TurOn Me On has a sales
revenue of Php 300.00 during the period, the total market share would also be Php 300.00.

The TurOn Me On would like to position its business as a food delivery
manufacturing business as it will manufacture products such as Turon and will deliver it to
the customers preferred location or through their houses. The company decided to position
itself in that kind of business since during these pandemic, people most likely want their
ordered food to be delivered for their safety purposes.
Marketing Strategy
One of the marketing strategies that the company will use is Promotions with the
use of social media. The owners would utilize the use of technology and the trends nowadays
that people are most likely to engage in social media. Thus, we will do online advertisements
to market and promote our product.

Product Description
TurOn Me On offers an innovative turon with delicious flavors. Turon is a common
business product in our locality but we assure that our product will please the customers. It is
done through frying the wrapped bananas in cooking oil until it becomes golden brown and
served crispy with mixed flavors in and out of the turon. It is placed in a banana leaf or paper
container.

the company's inventory. Lastly, he/she selects the appropriate equipment to be used and is

- The Technical Manager responsibilities include recruiting or staffing people for the
company, and financial processes such as invoicing. Furthermore, he/she should also ensure

Reviewing workloads and labor to reach the company's objectives is also part of his/her job.
He/she must also support all functions of the business to work together. He/she also oversees

TurON Me On expected salary is Php 400.00 - 500.00 per day in order to attain
the amount for the capital to acquire at least Php 100.00 - 200.00.

Evaluation of Supplier
We looked for a supplier that has a good quality of bananas and wrapper. The one that
is reliable when it comes to the delivery process and consistent in providing high standard
products.
Purchase Procedure
● The owners and Mrs. Espiritu will have an agreement regarding her service.
● With her authority, we will specify how much and what product will be chosen.
● When the supplier is selected, negotiation will be done and maximize the uses of
ingredients in cooking.

In the house of Rustom there is a room that is of no use, we will put the ingredients in
there. The room will be cleaned and the ingredients will be properly organized. We will make
sure that it will be consistently disinfected.
