FELTEC ROAD MARKING PAINT
Reflective & Non- Reflective Road Marking Paint

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Feltec Road Marking Paint is a quick drying synthetic paint with exceptional
durability. It is specially designed to maximize abrasion and chemical resistance.

RECOMMENDED USE
Feltec Road Marking Paint is specially designed for the marking of road,
car park, factories, schools, etc.

PRODUCT DATA
Recommended Dry film Thickness 30 ~ 40 microns
Drying times Touch Dry : 20 minutes
Hard Dry : 1 hour
Recoat Min : 1 hour
Theoretical coverage 9 – 10 m² / liter per coat
Volume Solids Approx. 50 ~ 60%

Mixing Ratio (by volume) The paint is ready for use after proper stirring. If thinning is required,
add 5% of Federal General Thinner MO-475 for easy application.
Thinner/cleaner Federal General Thinner MO-475
Surface Preparation Surfaces must be dry, clean, sound and free from any loose material,
dirt, grease or wax.

SHIPPING, STORAGE & PACKAGING

Storage The product should be kept in a cool and well ventilated place protected
from direct sunlight. Container must be kept tightly closed.
Handling Handle with care. Stir well before use.
Shelf life 12 months.

SAFETY PRECAUTION
* This product is flammable. Keep away from sources of ignition.
Keep container tightly and keep out of reach of children.
* Wear suitable personal protective clothing such as overall during painting.
Ensure adequate ventilation. In case of insufficient ventilation during
spraying, wear suitable respiratory equipment and eye protection goggle.
Do not breathe or inhale mist.
* Avoid skin and eye contact. Spillage on skin should immediately be
removed with suitable cleanser, soap and water. Eyes should be well
flushed with water and seek medical immediately if discomfort persists.
