Arab Emirates, UrbanClap has changed its name to Urban Company and declared that this will
be the new brand under which it will conduct business. The organization's objective to establish
itself as a global gig platform for horizontal gigs in sectors like beauty & wellness and home
repairs & maintenance is embodied in the new umbrella name.

 Commission Model : 85% of its total revenue comes from subscriptions. The

Recommendations to improve the website

 As per so many reviews I had read, there is poor rating for the services and the responses
given by the service provider to customers, so it should be improved by recruiting
skilled people in different level.
 They can also provide powerful booking and reservation system.
 They should recruit people , because there is also a bad review about no labours for the
services. There is not only a shortage of skilled labour ut also a shortage of labour.
 They should also include the good booking and reservation system.
