sales goals by June 2022.

Unique Selling Point:
The online bakery will be selling gluten free and keto and vegan baked goods
to cater the people who are shifting to a healthy lifestyle.
About Us
The online bakery provides gluten free, keto and vegan baked goods to
accommodate the diet-conscious consumers. Special considerations are made
upon requests for all common food allergies such as dairy, yeast, wheat and
eggs. The price depends on the type of bread, ranging from $20 to $50.
Target Market
The target market consists of people who are health and diet conscious and or
have common food allergies. This is a niche market since most bakeries do not
cater to these needs with the exception of high-fiber diets.
Competition
Green Bread Bakery is the first bakery that sold gluten free baked goods in
Massachusetts. Although the bakery has established their branding, they do
not provide a wide selection of non-wheat goods and the texture and flavor
of their bread are very dense and flavorless.
Akira’s Bread and Pastry has been operating for two years. They make
custom-ordered non-gluten cakes but they do not produce a wide variety of
large quantities of non-wheat goods since their main focus is wheat goods.
