diploma programme at TUDARCo for the academic year 2022/2023. Congratulations!

You are required to report at the College, Mwenge along Coca cola road on OCTOBER 17, 2022 for
Orientation and Registration. Classes will begin on OCTOBER 24, 2022. A copy of the Orientation
Programme will be available on reporting.

FOR THOSE WHO ARE ABLE TO VISIT TUDARCo, REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN ON OCTOBER 3,
2022 AND IT WILL CONTINUE UNTILL NOVEMBER 7, 2022.

1. Any candidate who fails to report and register within the stipulated period may lose his/her admission.

2. Tuition fee may be paid either in full or in two equal installments before being registered in the beginning
of each semester. Other fees and prescribed college charges shall be paid in full during registration.
Registration will be done only upon payment of the required fees and other costs as indicated above.
All payments should be done through
control number. Please generate your control number from the application account.

3. Your admission will be confirmed only after proper verification and submission of the following documents
at the time of registration: -

• School Leaving Certificate - 1 photocopy

• Form IV Certificate/CSEE results slip - 1 photocopy
• Form VI Certificate/ACSEE results slip/Certificate and transcript (for
certificate qualification) - 1 photocopy
• Birth Certificate - 1 photocopy.
• Medical / Physical Fitness Certificate with Test report - Original.
• Recent Passport size photographs -1 copies.
• Registration Form

4. Fees to be paid directly to the college by the student enrolled for TUDARCo include:

The orientation for First Year students will start at 09:00am at Mwenge along Coca Cola Road. All First
Year students are required to attend without fail.
