b) SneakerHeads FOOTWEAR produces a variety of footwear, including sports shoes,

athletic shoes, and casual sneakers. The company serves both men and women, and

the target market would be between the ages of 15 and 40.

c) Frequency Distribution- This might be used to help the organization gain a better

knowledge of its financial performance or discover fresh approaches to boost

efficiency for the company. For instance, we may easily look at the earnings reports

from our businesses at various points during the year.

Quantitative Variables-This kind of information will reveal crucial facts about my

company and its market. For instance, using a questionnaire to determine how many

people are interested in purchasing sporty sneakers rather than casual sneakers, or

how many people are aware of the variety of sneakers our firm offers, would be one

way to measure interest in the types of sneakers my company sells.
