SECTION 4. Every teacher shall possess and actualize a full commitment and devotion to duty

Teachers are role model. As in this case, they have to be exemplars of working performance, work
ethics, and work attitudes. Factors affecting and would likely diminish teaching profession as perceived
by many should be avoided by practitioners in the field. Every teacher should avoid loafing,
moonlighting, misdemeanor, and many other offensive acts in the workplace during working hours. The
department has hired everyone in the field for a purpose of serving and achieving the stated goals.
Each should be contributory to the realization of the agency’s vision and mission. Thus, all teachers are
expected of their binding performance of dedication and commitment to their respective stations.

Amidst pandemic where students do their work in their respective homes, I made sure that I still
provided them with the learnings they need. Students can request for a synchronous class if they have
difficulties in a specific topic.
