Section A. The Holy Scriptures

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, fully inspired and without error in the original
manuscripts, written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and that it has been divinely preserved
for us. The bile is the supreme authority in all matters and conduct: (2 Peter 1:21; 2 Timothy 3:16-

Section B. Trinity
We believe in one and true God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the
Son and God the Holy Spirit. These Divine Person of the Godhead are equal in every divine
perfection and they execute distinct but harmonious offices in the work of creation, providence and
redemption. (2 Cor. 13:14; John 14:26; Mateo 3:16, 17; Mat 28:19; John 14:26; 15:25; I Pet 1:2; I

Section C. God the Father

We believe in God the Father, an infinite and personal spirit. He is perfect in all holiness,
wisdom, power and love. He is concerned with the affairs of men. He hears and answers prayer. He
saves from sin and death, and He gives new life to all who come to Him through Jesus Christ.
(Psalms 90:2; John 4:24; Matthew 6:9-13; Romans 11:33-36; 3:23-26; 1 John 4:10.)

Cor 15:3,4; Hebreo 7:25; Kingngua 1:11.)

Section D. Jesus Christ

We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten Son, conceive by the Holy Spirit. We
believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles and teachings. We believe in His substitutionary
atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, perpetual intercession for His people, and
personal visible return to earth. John 3:16; (John 3:16; Matthew 1:18-21; Hebrew 13:15; John
20:31; 1 Peter 3:18; 1 Corinthian 15:3,4; Hebrew 7:25; Acts 1:11.)

(Juan 7:38,39; 14:16-17; 15:26; 16:13-14; Kingngua 1:8; Roma 8:9;
Filipos 3:3.)

Section E. The Person and Work of the Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit, not as an influence, but as a Divine Person, the source and
power of all acceptable worship and service, is our abiding Comforter and Helper, that he never
takes His departure from the church nor from the feeblest of saints, but is ever present to testify of
Christ, seeking to occupy us with Him. (John 7:38,39; 14:16,17; 15:26; 16:13,14; Acts 1:8;
Romans 8:9; Philippians 3:3.)

3:4-7; Efeso 2:8-9; Juan 1:12; 2 Cor 5:21.)

Section F. Regeneration
We believe that all men are sinners by nature and by choice and are, therefore, under
condemnation. We believe that those who repent of their sins and trust in Jesus Christ as Savior are
regenerated by the Holy Spirit. (John 3:16; 1 Timothy 1:15; Titus 3:4-7; Ephesians 2:8, 9; John
1:12; 2 Corinthians 5:21.)

siguradu nga batu’ na Dios. (Genesis 1:27; Roma 5:12-19; Isa 64:6; Salmo
51:5; Roma 3:19,20,23.)

Section G. Man
We believe that man was created by God in His own image, holy and without sin. However,
he willfully transgressed the commandment of God and became a sinner. Because of this, the Bible
teaches that all men are sinners in Adam, and are thus under the righteous condemnation of God.
Man is not only sinner by nature, but also by choice. Because of his sinful and corrupt nature, man
has no power or ability to save himself from the sure wrath of God. (Genesis 1:27; Romans 5:12-
19; Isaiah 64:6; Psalm 51:5; Romans 3:19,20,23.)

1:20-23; 4:3-10; Col 3:14,15.)

Section H. The Church

We believe that the church is composed of all who are united by the Holy Spirit to the risen
and ascended Son of God, that by the same Spirit we are all baptized into one body, whether we be
Jews or Gentiles, and thus being members one another, we are responsible to keep the unity of the
Spirit in the bond of peace, rising above all sectarian prejudices and denominational bigotry, and
loving one another with a pure heart fervently. (Matthew 16:16-18; Acts 2:23-47; Romans 12:5; 1
Corinthians 12:12-27; Ephesians 1:20-23; 4:3-10; Colossians 3:14,15.)

Malachi 3:10; 1 Peter 4:10; Hebrews 10:14, 15.)

Section I. Christian Conduct

We believe that every Christian should live for the glory of God. The Christian life begins at
the moment an individual receives Christ as Savior. As the Christian feeds on God’s Word, as he
prays, and as he allows the Holy Spirit to guide and empower him, his Christian life is strengthen in
holiness and knowledge of God’s will.
We believe that the life of the believer must be blameless before God and the world. The
Christian should avoid every form of evil, and he should exemplify the purity and beauty of Christ.
He must be a faithful steward of his earthly possessions and of his God-given talents. A Christian
should unite with a local church where the Gospel is preached, ordinances such as the Lord’s
Supper is practiced, and in order to have fellowship with God’s people, and to support the work of
the Gospel with his service and giving. (1 Corinthians 6:19,20; 10:31; 2 Peter 3:18; 2 Timothy
2:15; Romans 12:1,2; 13:14; 1 Thessalonians 5:16-22; 1 Corinthians 16:2; Malachi 3:10; 1 Peter
4:10; Hebrews 10:14, 15.)

Jude 6-7; Rev 20:11-15.)
Section J. Eternal State
We believe that the soul of those who have trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation do
at death immediately pass into His presence and there remain in conscious bliss until the
resurrection of the body at His coming, when soul and body reunited shall be associated with Him
forever in the Glory; but the souls of unbelievers remain after death in conscious misery until the
final judgment of the great white throne at the close of the not to be annihilated, but to be punished
with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the Glory of His power. (Luke
16:19-26; 23:43; 2 Corinthians 5:8; Philippians 1:23; 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9; Jude 6-7; Revelation
20:11-15.)

28:19; Roma 6:3-4; Mateo 26:26-29; 1 Cor 11:23-28.)

Section K. The Ordinances

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ has committed two ordinances to the local church,
namely Baptism and the Lord’s Supper. We believe that the Christian baptism is the immersion of
the believer in water in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Baptism is an act of obedience
to Christ, symbolizing the death of the believer to sin, his burial with Christ, and his resurrection
with Christ into a new life.
We believe that the Lord’s Supper was instituted by Christ in order that His people would
commemorate His death through its regular observance of His return. These two ordinances are
symbolic in their meaning, and have no power in themselves to confer grace or eternal life.
(Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:3,4; Matthew 26:26-29; 1 Corinthians 11:23-28.)

Section L. Panuppalang ira

21:27; 11:15.)

Section L. Last Things

We believe in the personal and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ to the earth and
establishment of His kingdom.
We believe in the resurrection of the body, the final judgment, the eternal blessing of the
righteous, and the endless suffering of the wicked. (Acts 1:11; 1 Thessalonians 4:14-16; Revelation
20:11-15; 21:22-27; 11:15.)

Section M. Satanas

5:19; Nepakannammu 20:10.)

Section M. Satan
We believe in the existence of Satan. He is created angel. He sinned by opposing God before
the creation of man. The scripture calls him the Evil One, the Devil, the Tempter, and the Adversary.
He tempted our first parents to sin, and he continues until now by God’s permission as the “god of
this world.” He is the leader of all the heavenly and worldly opposition to God. God has already
condemned him and his angels to Hell. The victory of Christ over sin and death is sure evidence of
the coming final defeat of Satan. (Isaiah 14:12-15; Ephesians 2:2; 6:11,12; Genesis 3:1-7; 2
Corinthians 4:4; 1 Peter 5:8; 1 John 5:19; Revelation 20:10.)

ta gakkag da lagapa. (Acts 5:29; Mark 12:13-17.)

Section N. Religious Liberty

We believe that ultimately every human being is responsible only to God in all matters of
faith. Because of this, the local churches, as independent and autonomous bodies must be free from
all outside rule or interference of man, organization or authorities of any kind. The churches and the
state must remain separate, each having their own function, and each fulfilling their own
responsibilities without interference from the other. (Acts 5:29; Mark 12:13-17.)
Section O. Pakikopera na Iglesia

Section O. Church Cooperation

We believe that local churches of like faith and practice can promote the spread of the
Gospel by mutual cooperation, in association of churches. Such as association by any church is
voluntary and may be terminated at any time.
