Conducted research to identify problem with CPAC manual (for submitting
new curriculum and reviewing it).
Used this research to construct a usability test, and applied this usability test
to multiple users.
Based off our findings we then re-designed the manual into two separate
manuals where information was easier to find and better designed.

Greater Phoenix area while promoting a tax refund and government program to
