d. Spot Report dated August 4, 2022 signed by PLTCOL HARRY R

LORENZO III;

e. Booking Sheet and Arrest Report of one Jericko; and

f. Certificate of Detention issued by District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU)

located at MPD HQ, United Nations Avenue, Ermita, Manila.

2. This pertains to the unnecessary delay regarding the Produce Order of one
(1) Jericko Geraldo y Guttierez on August 5, 2022.

3. Please be informed that subject accused is not under the custody of this
Station.

4. Elements of this Station served the Warrant of Arrest against the accused
inside the Custodial Facility of District Drugs Enforcement Unit (DDEU) located at
MPD HQ, United Nations Avenue, Ermita, Manila. Hence, said accused is currently
on their custody.

6. Attached herewith are the Certificate of Detention issued by DDEU and the
Return of WOA duly received by personnel of RTC Branch 53 on August 5, 2022 for
